I’ve had one of these for a long time and I overall like it but one feature that’s just plain stupid is that the crumb tray does not have enough clearance when you slide it out to let you pull out any drips of melted cheese or substantial crumbs. It all just gets skimmed off back into the appliance. So unnecessary not to have a little more height in that opening. The inside will stay dirty unless you work to get the stuff out after pulling out the tray (that’s supposed to help you clean it in the first place). Dumb!
