I was very surprised when I opened this and unpacked it. The oven/fryer is pretty large, unfortunately a 1/2″ to high to fit where my old fryer was located, so this will be stored and brought out when needed. That is the issue: the unit HAS to be plugged into an outlet to enable opening and closing the French doors which is the reason I took 1 star off. I have to plug it in to take or replace the components that I store in the oven (racks, baskets, clove, etc.) before or after use, so I store it and have to leave ALL the accessories which I put into the unit to keep together and make storage easy, in there until I can get to an outlet to open the doors to take it out. Love to have some sort of manual override to open the doors.I tried the rotisserie with a chicken, but it was slightly too big, so I set the chicken on the rotisserie fork and then turned it to oven. I proceeded to cook the entire chicken, perfectly, in around 70-90 minutes, flipping the chicken on the rotisserie 1 time during the cook. The chicken came out perfectly. I then, the following day, did another bird for a guest we had over, who is a chef, and he couldn’t stop complementing me on the cook. I will try the pizza function next as well as a pork tenderloin on the rotisserie.Comes with mesh basket, wire rack, baking pan, drip tray, pizza stone, oven glove a rotisserie fork, and handles for lifting the rotisserie rod and another handle for the trays or racks. When powered on there are 20 presets for different kinds of cooks, from toast to air fryer, also defrost and dehydrate (can’t wait to try that). There is a button to power it on, open/close the doors, and an oven light. Easy to use, very powerful, and complete, this is a great buy for the money (with a savings coupon). Very worth the price.
