The media could not be loaded.I’ve been using a steam oven from another brand for a couple years, and finally decided it was time for an upgrade. This one really blew my old oven out of the park.First, it heats up incredibly fast. My old oven takes almost 5 minutes to steam up. This one is immediate. Food cooks through really quickly without getting soggy. It also dries really quickly, which was an issue with the old oven.One highlight of the oven is that it has a high temp steam option. Sometimes I like to steam leafy vegetables with oyster sauce for dinner, and the high temp steam ensures that it’s cooked to perfection without wilting.Overall it is very easy to clean – the interior is dries very quickly and when I accidentally spill something inside, a wipe is all that’s needed. One problem I had with my old oven was that it was constantly getting mineral deposits from the hard water in my tap, but this one has its own cleaning function which includes a descaling function so the stainless steel interior is still crystal clean.I love the massive glass door. A lot of combi ovens on the market has a darker glass door or a light that’s not bright enough, but you can see your food cooking very clearly.I love the fact that the steam vent reaches over to the front of the oven. This prevents the bottom of my kitchen cupboard from getting wet. Super thoughtful design that I appreciate.The multiple functions are great. A lot of combi ovens aren’t that great at the airfryer or convection oven function but good coming out of this oven comes out super crispy. I think that’s related to how quickly the oven heats up and dries so there’s no leftover moisture. I once put a leftover grilled cheese in it and used the air fryer function and the bread came out extremely crispy.Overall, I highly recommend this oven. While a lot of these multi-function cookers compromise on some of the functions, this oven actually works better than most single-function appliances for a great value. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who loves good food!
